INGREDIENTS Dough (fruit base form Ø 28 cm):
Grease the fruit-base dish and cover it with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Now the flour is mixed with the baking powder. All other ingredients now follow bit by bit and are mixed with the hand mixer (stirring rods) to a smooth dough. Stir briefly at lowest, then at highest level. Pour the dough into the fruit base mould and smooth it down. The base is now placed in the oven for 15 minutes, on one of the lower rails.
While the cake base cools down on a cake rack covered with baking paper. You can take care of the cream. Just stir a cold pudding according to the instructions and spread it immediately on the base before it gets firm. Now place the washed and cleaned strawberries in a circle on top.
The last step is the cake glaze. Mix the powder with sugar and water and spread the glaze on the cake quickly.
TIP: It is best kept in the refrigerator!
