From the first coffee in the morning to the indulgent evening meal, the Kaiserblick on the Wilder Kaiser offers top-quality food throughout the day. With fresh ingredients, regional specialities and attention to detail, we offer flavour experiences that will stay with you.
Dining at the Kaiserblick is included in the room price for all hotel guests and invites you to enjoy something new every day – from a hearty breakfast to a multi-course evening meal.
Our special menu also includes wine pairings. Whether your preference is white wine, red wine or rosé, our carefully cultivated wine menu with around 1,000 choices combines top Austrian wines and international rarities. We will be happy to advise you on the best wine to enjoy with your meal.

Yes, our kitchen team at the hotel Kaiserblick in Ellmau also provide vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly dishes. We will be happy to cater to your individual desires.
Yes, if you wish, we also prepare special diet dishes and meals for guests with allergies or intolerances. Due to the additional organisational effort involved, we charge a surcharge of €10 per person per day for special adjustments. Please communicate your wishes to us before you arrive.
Dinner is served daily from 6.30 to 8.30 p.m. Look forward to a multi-course evening meal with an extensive à la carte selection.
When coming to dinner, please wear tidy leisure clothing. Swimwear and swim shoes are not permitted in our restaurant in the hotel Kaiserblick at the Wilder Kaiser. We ask that men wear full-length trousers. Thank you for your understanding.
