Hard to believe, but another year has passed and again this week it's "trick or treat!”-Time. As there are probably no big Halloween parties this year, you will find a delicious recipe for our exclusive Hocus Pocus Halloween punch for at home on our blog today.
And that's how it works:
Simply mix the pineapple juice with rum, coconut extract and the red and yellow food colours in a measuring cup and then refrigerate in the fridge.
Meanwhile, mix the sugar with the black food colouring, then dip the glasses with the top/open side first in the lemon juice and then roll them in the black sugar so that the top edge is already covered.
Now pour about 60 ml of the pineapple mix into the glass and add 120 ml of sparkling wine.
For a non-alcoholic alternative you can simply omit the rum and instead use 3 times the amount of pineapple juice and sparkling wine instead of wine.
